  The odds of winning division 1 lotto is higher than finding a working ATM at the Belmont branch. We bank personal and business with CBA and it’s almost impossible to get change through their “ smart ATM”

  The tellers at Belmont branch were exceptional: resolved issues with linking my card, set my card up so I don't have to go into a branch, showed the initiative to review my business account to a non-fee paying account and refunded me bank fees. Such exceptional customer service is very rare these days, thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend.

  My sister and I are from South Korea and it was the first day in Australia. There were tons of people waiting in the line and I saw some impatient people who were complaining to workers but they didn’t get upset at all and handled them nicely. Even though there was a language barrier, all the workers were super kind to customers. Especially one particular worker, Sidrah, she walked us through all the details opening bank accounts and getting cards. It took more than an hour to take care of everything but she was so much fun, kind, and professional. It was amazing!

  All the time one only 1 teller sitting always wait in line for 30 minutes, I come bank 3 times a week for business accounts deposit all the time pretty much wait that much definitely not branch management issue may be Headiffice not allowing 2 tellers, wants to request HO please give priority to business account deposits we come 3 times a week.

  They like to make people wait for hours. Purposely. Intentionally.
  
  On Tuesday, March 14th, 2023, at 9:50 am, my partner and I attempted to update our mobile numbers at NAB, ANZ, and CommBank, all of which are located in the same shopping mall. While NAB took less than 10 minutes to queue and ANZ was even easier to update via their app, I had previously attempted to update my contact number at CommBank over the phone and was left on hold for over 15 minutes. Unfortunately, this set the tone for the rest of our experience at CommBank.
  
  At CommBank, one of the two front desks took our names and advised us to roam the mall while we waited. After visiting NAB and ANZ, as well as doing some shopping at Coles and grabbing breakfast, we returned to CommBank after approximately an hour. However, upon our return, we were informed that there were seven people ahead of us in line and we would not be able to update our contact numbers.
  
  We sat there and waited. The Indian front desk finally called us after 2.5hrs we waited on the list or after 1.5hrs we sat there. I don't know how to calculate my time there anymore. But it was 12:37pm when we have done.
  
  Guess what??? The front desks can actually update our mobile numbers in just 30 seconds!!!
  
  If I don't have mortgage with them, I would definitely closed all my accounts with CommBank. Perhaps, next year.
